Through the practice of Martial Arts, our focus starts to change over time as we grow older, our goals and view points mature.

It could range from staying in shape, keeping our flexibility and range of motion, leverage these skills to the benefit of other sports and activities, more fulfilling time with our children, or to even delve deeper into the sport and competition aspect. It could be as simple and important as self discovery, self development and self improvement.
